a little more about me ...

Visualization is perhaps my favorite part of doing research and working with data. I code in Python and do final edits in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. I've also designed logos and posters for various organizations and people.

I'm deeply critical of the widespread push to use and mass fund generative AI, especially under the premise of it being inevitable, or just something we have to accept. In education, academic institutions, and research sectors, this is an incredibly relevant conversation that seems largely unhad. I highly recommend this interview:
